fast shipping and good exchange policy. Ordered some shirts and pants at a discount for my kids got them within a couple days. One of the sizes were off so we had them exchanged with no issues.

Bought several clothes from them across different years (online and in person). The cargo pants I bought from them started to fade after few washes...(yes I I followed the washing instruction. ) I guess you get what you paid for.

Horrible online experience. Lied about delivery of time sensitive orders from Gap and Old Navy. Will NEVER order or buy from them again. Better to go buy it yourself. Causes much more chaos to depend on GAP to do their job.

I had a gap gift card was £49.99 balance which I lost and I found it a couple of weeks ago. I wrote to Gap Customer service to explain the situation and they wrote back saying that the card had expired 3 1/2 years ago and for that reason they will not refund my money or credit me. I expect better from a big company like Gap and I never realise how much they value their customers. Thanks Gap.

When I was checking out it said 53$, free delivery and then it added delivery charges and charged me like 63$ without me authorizing it.

I placed an online order with Gap.com for a white jeans jacket on July 20, 2022. Received an unrelated item from them on July 23. On July 27, I called to return it and get what I had ordered. They received the return on July 28 and 10 days later they have not issued a refund. I spoke with customer service today and was told it may take until August 16 to process the refund. That means that they would have had my money for 27 days ... totally unacceptable! I noticed others have had the same issue with getting their refund. Gap is making more $$ off of delayed refunds than selling clothes.

I ordered 2 dress online and received my order not only late but both dress still have the store plastic security tags attached!!! I spent hours trying to remove it and hurt myself so I contact customer service and request a printed return label to send to so I can return it. They refuse and said company policy do not send out printed return label to customer. I already told them the nearest store to me will be hours for driving so I need to return it by mail but I don't have a printer to print, they still refuse to send me the return label and demand me to drive hours to the store to have the plastic security tags remove from store.
They are using overseas CS for online chat so they do not care how their customer felt and they don't care about return customer.

I've always loved this store & their products. They have very good quality clothing for all ages. My mom would buy stuff for us every year when I was little. I have great memories opening Gap gift boxes with my brother around the Christmas tree & fireplace. Their prices aren't low, but they're worth it because they'll last long time due to the great quality. And you can always take advantage of sales/deals via email sign up.

I really like the gap they have very stylish, trendy, and unique clothes. The price of the clothes are a pretty good mix of high and low, and they run some really awesome sales frequently so you can find lots of deals. I like how they have a great mixture of basic and simple pieces, and unique and fashionable clothes. I think alot of people with all different kinds of styles could find some pieces that would enjoy and work for them.
